About me

I wanted to be a gymnast. Then a world traveller. Then a teacher.

An artist is not something someone wants to be – it’s something someone is.

I went to college. I got a Diploma of Visual Art, nearly. I left to travel around Europe, South East Asia and to live in England for 2 years. I came back to Oz.

I went to college. I got a Diploma of Visual Art (for real this time). I left to live in NZ. I stayed for 6 weeks and came back to study a Cert IV in TESOL.

I went to college. I got a Cert IV in TESOL.

I wanted to teach English overseas. Someone convinced me to get a degree. Apparently it helps you get a better teaching job.

I went to the Queensland College of Art. I got 2 labradors – one black, one white. I also got a Bachelor of Photography with First Class Honours.

I met a nice American boy (rare species) and followed him as he followed his dream. We live in Townsville, near the beautiful Great Barrier Reef.

I take photos sometimes. I paint still. I even shoot video and create installation spaces.
